A "Big Problem" or just a bad habit?
Many smokers see the possibility of quitting as a huge step to take and consider it to be a big problem. I consider smoking to be far simpler - it's merely a bad habit.
We all develop habits throughout our life, both good and bad, it's what helps us navigate the world efficiently. Imagine if you had to check all your kitchen cupboards for the coffee each morning - it would be such a nuisance and take far too much time, so by habit we put the coffee in the same place each time.
The good thing about habits is that they work automatically and smoking is just the same. There are certain triggers that tell us it's time for a cigarette, time to take a little time for ourselves.

Drawbacks of smoking
We've all seen the advice on the packets of cigarettes "Smoking kills!", "Smoking can cause a slow and painful death" etc. etc. and these things do happen to some people. But the trouble is, that these things happen over a very long period of time, so it's important to look at the other drawbacks too.
If you were to make a list of your own reasons to stop, I'm sure some of these drawbacks would be present on that list:-

- Having to go to the smoker's shelter in the cold, wet, snow etc.
- The smell on your clothes.
- The look of disappointment from those close to you.

Face to Face Session
During your face to face session, we'll use a unique blend of NLP and hypnotherapy to help you build a powerful propulsion system to turn you into a non-smoker.

We'll make sure you are in the right frame of mind to stop smoking and stay stopped. We give you techniques to quell cravings and to ensure you feel motivated to eat healthily so you don't gain weight. And you can phone us any time for a quick reminder of what we taught you.
Sessions last around 2 hours and can be booked for daytime, evenings or weekends.
Sessions cost £240 for your 2 hour private session, and afterwards, free telephone support, and any follow up sessions (if required).
