Do you want to Stop smoking?

If you do, I can help you do it in 1 session! Guaranteed*

Call me today on 0151 931 5184.

If you are a 20-a-day smoker, your habit costs you around £2,500 per year in cigarettes alone, that doesn't include the increased cost of life, home and car insurance, or extra dry cleaning and what about the terrible cost to your health?

If you're ready to stop smoking for good, I will help you.

My fee is £240 for your 2 hour private session and afterwards, free telephone support, plus any follow up sessions (if required).

*If you really are determined to stop, I'll see you for as many sessions as it takes, until you've stopped for good.

Using a unique blend of NLP and hypnotherapy, we're so confident you will stop after one session, that we'll see you again for free if you dont. (Please bear in mind, this is not a magic wand, and requires effort and willpower on your part, so only book to see us when you are ready to become a non smoker). We'll make sure you are in the right frame of mind to stop smoking and stay stopped. We give you techniques to quell cravings and to ensure you feel motivated to eat healthily so you don't gain weight. And you can phone us any time for a quick reminder of what we taught you.

Have you ever wondered why so many people who
" Try"
to "Quit" smoking fail?

Or why, when you tell your friends your "trying to give up" they insist on offering you cigarettes - "Oh go on, it's just one".

If you want to stop smoking, for whatever reason, I will help you achieve your goal and help you become fitter and healthier in the process.

Call me today on 0151 931 5184.

It's only when we start to look at the language we use to describe what it is we're "trying" to do, that we can begin to make some sense of it.

The language that we use can tell us a lot about what we're really thinking and what we really want.

For example, a friend of mine told me he was "...going to try and quit" recently.

"That's really great!" I said, "You'll be healthier, wealthier and happier when you do. But, I know you too well, and I know you've never quit on anything in your life, you're so determined, you'll keep at something against all the odds, just to show you can do it!"

My friend agreed, he'd never thought of it like that before, and when I pointed out to him that when we "try" something, we rarely succeed, he began to see my point.

Those of you who have children will know what I mean, you ask little Johnny to "just try the sprouts / green beans / fisherman's pie" or whatever it is that you've just spent the last however long preparing. They put the tiniest piece into their mouth and..... "I don't like it! I've tried it and I don't like it!"

Now things can be very different when we use different langage to achieve our goal, when we say to little Johnny (conversationally) "Eat the sprouts / green beans / fisherman's pie (first peel two fishermen...)" because "that's all there is", the response is often more positive. Sure, they may object a bit, but using the word "Try" allows them the option of failing.

Exactly the same can be said for adults who "try" to do things, think about the last time you "tried" to do something - did you do it, or did you fail?

And this is why I won't help you "Try to Quit", because I don't believe people are quitters and I do believe that trying allows you to fail.

It's how we process these words at the unconscious level that gives them their full effect, it's easy to say that I'm just splitting hairs, and to certain degree that would be true, yet when we begin understand how the words we use affect what we actually do, then it becomes more and more compelling.

As far as your friends are concerned, their reaction will be different when they offer you a cigarette and you say "No thanks, I don't smoke!", and if pushed "I've stopped smoking".

So, if you really want to become a "Non-Smoker", if you want to stop smoking, I'll help you do it.

* I guarantee you will stop in 1 session, or we'll see you again for free until you do.
